Abstract
Football was until recently considered to be a European and South American sport. Not until the World Cups in England in 1966 and Mexico in 1970 did football become a global phenomenon. From that point onwards, the football movement started to become increasingly managed like a global corpora- tion. In this framework the entry will analize the fanatical football supporters behaviors, characterized by a strong sense of belonging and daily sup- port for their teams, gathered in groups, with their own distinctive names, logos, and rituals, and how this phenomenon has become global.File in questo prodotto:
