Dall'evoluzione della normativa alcune riflessioni sulla filiera agro-energetica del biogas

In the current regulatory framework concerning energy production from renewable sources, the agro-energy industry could represent an opportunity for the farming and husbandry sector. One of the most interesting activity is biogas production from biological materials with agricultural origin. Biogas arises in the anaerobic degradation process of organic material like sewages or crops in appropriate plants. In this study a biogas production plant aimed at the energy co-generation (producing both electrical and thermal energy) has been considered. This work is firstly aimed at identifying the most relevant economic elements derived from the balance sheet, which could affect the choice of the agro-zootechnic entrepreneur. Secondly some terms and conditions for the profitability of the biogas production from an entrepreneurial and territorial point of view are discussed.
